DRAFT — pending legal review. Working draft for the founder; not reviewed by an attorney. Apple requires an agreement to a no-tolerance policy for objectionable content for user-generated-content apps — that clause is included below and should be confirmed.

Terms of Service

Last updated: [DRAFT]

Welcome to Single to Not. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Single to Not

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding agreement. One account per person.

Membership and billing

Community rules & objectionable content

Single to Not is a real-world community built on trust and kindness. You agree not to post or send content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit toward non-consenting people, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, and not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report and block other members in the app. We may review reports and remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

Verification and safety

Membership benefits unlock when a host checks you in at a real event. We use a live verification photo to keep profiles authentic. We may suspend or remove accounts to protect the community.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content within the app so the service can function. You're responsible for the content you provide.

Ending your membership

You can delete your account at any time in the app or via singletonot.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

Disclaimers & limits

Single to Not helps people meet, but we don't conduct criminal background checks and can't guarantee anyone's conduct. Always use good judgment when meeting people. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. [Legal review: finalize disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.]
